Mr. Jérémy Goupille and Ms. Frédérique Vidal, as directors of the Association, are the Publication Directors of this Site.

Access to the Site and use of its content are subject to these Terms of Use. By accessing and browsing the Site, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Use.

As such, and under applicable French Intellectual Property Code, international conventions, and legislation in all countries, the use of all or part of the Site for any purpose other than private, personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.

x. Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law, notably Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 (“Confidence in the Digital Economy Act”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (“Data Protection Act”).
French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the Site.
